Mental Performance Coach
I've played professional rugby at the highest levels in South Africa and France, so when an athlete tells me about the pressure of a big match, the weight of expectation, or the inner voice that shows up at the worst moment, I don't just understand it theoretically. I've lived it.
That experience shapes everything about how I work. I focus on the person first, the athlete second. Because lasting performance doesn't come from techniques layered on top of who you are — it comes from knowing who you are, and learning to perform from that place, even under the most intense pressure.
